Location, Cleanliness & Comfort
We felt that for otherwise an excellent Hotel the Menu choice in the Restaurant was limited. That is just three course meals no proper A-la- cart.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was simply breathtaking, with stunning views over the lake. We enjoyed sipping our morning coffee on the balcony while taking in the panoramic scenery. The hotel's Therme was a highlight of our trip, offering a wide range of saunas and steam baths for ultimate relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, both at the spa and throughout the hotel. We felt well taken care of during our entire stay.
We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The location, right at the lake, is perfect. The hotel is very nice. You can go from your room to the sauna directly wihtout going outside. Many different rooms at the terme and among others, a nice 36.6 degreesc outdoor salty swimming pool that sometimes transform into a big whirlpool. The breakfast is pretty good. Very close to Berlin (the regional train cost only 6 euros ot go there) but far enough to forget the big city atmosphere. Very relaxing place.
In our room, we had two beds next to each other. For some reason, we didn t sleep that good.

Had a fun Easter weekend! Rooms and housekeeping staff were satisfactory Great location by the lake and not too far from town. the breakfast buffet had a diverse selection of foods - especially the bacon and eggs.
The main reception area was not very accommodating. the Wi-Fi was terrible and unreliable throughout the hotel.

Very peaceful place. Wouldn't suit someone looking for a bit of action. Fontane is a very sleepy village,
Very little information in English about what was going on where. The staff were not well informed about local events.Not geared up for international visitors.

Great lake views and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and hot and cold options.
Staff was not attentive and service was poor. Not worth the high price.
